- Bubble-wrapping your product to ensure no damage is incurred
- Printing your shipping label

All of our shipping methods include a tracking number, which will be emailed to your when your package is shipped.
Postage method and Packaging
We will take more than reasonable steps to ensure that your package arrives safely (from our end that is). Unfortunately, once your package is sent off from our end, it is in the hands of the Post Man (Australia Post employee/contractor) to ensure that the packaging is not damaged.
We pay extra for your package to be contained in a more protective satchel.
Depending on the size of your order, it will either be dispatched in a tough envelope, padded envelope, padded satchel or a box (for bulk orders).
Signature on delivery
Signature on delivery is a service that Australia Post provides at an extra cost. We will automatically include this with your order if the total amount is over $100 to ensure maximum security.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will be notified via your email address. You will also receive a tracking number which can be used to track your package. This will usually be sent within 24 hours or less. In the case that your order has been sent via Registered Post, there may be no tracking number available. In this case, please allow 2-5 business days for your items to arrive. If they do not arrive within this period, contact us and we can assist with resolving the matter.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (if applicable)
Mr Saffron will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes incurred with your package. All fees imposed after your parcel has been shipped from Australia will become the responsibility of the buyer. This does not apply to domestic orders.
We only operate during business days. Your order will most likely still proceed to be prepared, however, as Australia Post promises its delivery estimation by only counting Business Days, we will only ship out packages from Monday to Friday.
Mr Saffron will not be responsible for damages or loss imposed by the shipping courier. However, we may be able to assist you in certain cases. If the package you have received is damaged or missing, please file a claim with Australia Post and provide all documentation received from Mr Saffron.
